[Part 1 of 4] [00:00] it was two and a half billion dollars. I couldn't have done any of it without AI. If if we had not had AI, we would be $8 billion less. We five IPOs, none of them would have happened because I used AI to design the securities and solve all the tax problems and all the the securities law issues. You know, so I like I'm a big believer in using AI to design new things. And I look, I'm just I I focus upon digital credit and security, but there's someone there thinking about how to make the car drive and cure cancer and like like aren't there like 100 million problems the human race has to solve that we've that you're like, well, you're going to need a thousand people with PhDs to solve that. Well, guess what? Now every 16-year-old has a thousand PhDs at their fingertips. And so I I'm very bullish. The world's going to be a much better place and and we're going to see an age of empowerment and abundance because of digital technology. [01:03] And we could see a resumption of the primary trends in gold and Bitcoin, meaning gold resuming the uptrend and Bitcoin resuming the downtrend. And I think it's also interesting that the main driver of the Bitcoin enthusiasm now and the buying is coming from strategy selling 11 and a half percent uh, you know, preferred in basically the equivalent of a Ponzi scheme, but creating a lot of demand by people who either don't know it's a Ponzi or don't care. They want 11 and a half percent yield and so by offering people 11 and a half percent yield, Sailor has raised billions of dollars, which he has then used to buy Bitcoin. But had he not bribed people with 11 and a half percent yield, he would not have had the money to buy all that Bitcoin. So that's interesting that the demand for Bitcoin is not because people want Bitcoin, it's because people want 11 and a half percent yield. Now, they're they're not going to get it in the in the long run because the whole thing is going to collapse. But that's what's driving Bitcoin, not demand for the Bitcoin itself. People aren't buying strategy or or stretch because they want Bitcoin. If they wanted Bitcoin, they'd just buy it. They're buying stretch because they'd rather have 11 and a half percent return than Bitcoin. [02:26] Plus there's a lot of unique technology in Midnight that's going to make the use of Cardano safer. Like Midnight passport will be the fastest, safest to use for Cardano. So we gain all these usability enhancements and so forth. Plus I'd argue Midnight is an essential component of business that Bitcoin needs. When you look at that side of it, you're like, okay, Bitcoin users, they want privacy. So Cardano could do a lot of the heavy lifting on the programming side, but where does the private coordination layer exist to do all that? So we're actually working on the programming architecture between D5 setup, what we call it the the circle. So you start with Bitcoin, Caproot, and almost put 50 Bitcoin of my own money into this to create this work. So you start with Caproot and Bitcoin, you lend it to stable coins. So that all occur on Cardano, secure transactions through the protocol bridge. And then that stable coin would then be deployed into a yield bearing instrument. And then as you make yield, the yield is converted to Bitcoin, and then it's sent to your Caproot address. And then Midnight coordinates all of that makes it private. So you you have like all three networks working together, and you have this circle, and then from the Bitcoin user's perspective, just give them a button, make money, click button. And then it locks their Bitcoin, and you start generating a yield. The security actually anchored with Caproot on the Bitcoin network. So it meets my three rules that I have for Bitcoin D5. One, there's only Bitcoin. So I just want to say Bitcoin, Litecoin is better money than than fiat, obviously. It's also better money than gold. I I think it's I believe it's the best form of money that um humans have ever come across. Right? Money being good is that it's um it's inflation proof, right? No one, no single person in company or or government can print more money, right? Can't print money and play the way the money you're holding, uh, you're storing, right? That's kind of one of the key things of our money is if we work hard, we make money, you don't want that money to kind of disappear over time, not from your own doing. Right? So that's that's key and Bitcoin and Litecoin and most cryptocurrencies, um, it was able to to do that. [04:33] I could have the argument that real estate's better than Bitcoin for a number of reasons, by the way, depending on who you are. Um, your audience would probably disagree because they're probably a bunch of, you know, Bitcoin maximalists. They don't have as much Bitcoin as the real estate guy, by the way. No, I I'll tell you right now, hold on one second. See, that's the funny thing, dude, that me and my brother were talking about this yesterday. You know, the guys that know the most seem to have the least. [05:02] 100%. That that I can probably agree with you on. I think it should be a bigger issue within the crypto system and the ecosystem. What do you think? [05:11] I think it will be. I think privacy is going to be the the new if you want in my view, and this is what I'm tasking the investment professionals at Mailstrom to sort of figure out. I think that the standout shitcoin or, you know, few shitcoins of 2026, 2028 will be related somewhat or form to privacy. We already saw the, you know, amazing move of Zcash over the last few months. Yes, it's down 50% from the 780 high, but I think again, my goal is, you know, my mental models 10 to 20% of the value of Bitcoin. That's what Zcash ends up. So much higher than where it is today. But, you know, you know, taking away Zcash, what is the token project protocol that's going to utilize some privacy technology, I'll be something related to ZK, zero knowledge proofs to do something whether that's quantum resistant, you know, the overlords can't anonymize our data or, you know, see what we're doing, whatever it is, right? These are the things that we're literally afraid of of of what bad things that can happen with the collibration of big tech, big government. [06:20] Trump getting elected and knowing that we share friends in the White House for all the populist parties of Europe who are under attack. Every single populist leader, if you look at the leaks, and my last documentary was confiscated. I got 18 months in prison for my last documentary. The reason I aired it is because the documentary was so bigger than me. It's exactly what they're doing. Warfare has been waged against if you go through, I'll pick anyone. Pick Herbert Builders, the leader of the the Dutch party. Pick Marine Le Pen, any politician in Europe, yeah, anyone, pick anyone who has stood up and tried to speak against immigration, and you will see a history. Matteo Salvini was in two days ago, the deputy Prime Minister of of Italy was prosecuted in 2020. They said he kidnapped because he stopped the boat. He was prosecuted in 2021. He's in charge of other crimes. The process is to punish them. Every political leader who's tried to step up was charged. You saw what they done to Bannon. You saw what they done to Alex Jones. You saw what they're trying to do to Trump. That's happening across the board. They're trying to protect the the state. But I think it's published that he's going to elect on on very optimistic about the future. More it's not because they're not in touch. They're they're quite aware of the situation. The other thing about it here is just a lot of political power is still in the hands of the state. You know, it's going to have a huge impact on the 2022 election and certain races that were just absolutely going to be lost are still in place. The money coming in. I think things like Cordiac, which has been in a lot of conversations. [07:57] What first got you excited about blockchains? Think about it. Oh wait. I bet it wasn':t multi-million dollar hacks, exposed data, or finding somewhere safe to store your seed phrase. Was it? Maybe it was the idea of decentralizing a broken financial system. Maybe it was imagining a world where people own their own data and get to sharing the value it creates. Or maybe it was the promise of a fundamentally better way of connecting, communicating, and transacting. The next phase of the internet that empowers us instead of exploiting us. So why hasn't it happened yet? Why are we still living with the same broken system that blockchains promised to fix? It's because blockchains can't keep a secret. Enabling open transparent systems was only the first half of the challenge. For blockchains to really change the world, they also have to be able to protect our sensitive data when it matters. And that's why we built Midnight to bring down the final barrier to mass adoption and unlock the full potential of the decentralized web. Let's build the internet we deserve. Together. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. We have a second angle on this. Is that guy on FOMO? No, he's just like me for crazy crazy. Yeah, let's get back to it everybody. Breaking news. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. We have a second angle on this. Opportunity cost is simply this. Every position you take is a position you choose not to take. This just in. According to the astronauts, follow up now. The highest in the room. The satellite has been restored. This For now, the crisis appears to be over. Satellite's up and running. Positions looking good too. [11:45] This is Houston. There we go. United States of America representing. Socialism does not work. Digital assets. Is it better to move money at the speed of light through this? People are greedy when they also try to acquire gold. I'm here providing electricity. And that energy that is necessary. I'm the modern day Tony Stark. There we go. United States of America representing. Socialism does not work. Digital assets. Is it better to move money at the speed of light through this? People are greedy when they also try to acquire gold. I'm here providing electricity. And that energy that is necessary. I'm the modern day Tony Stark. [12:46] Got to put on got to put something on uh the American flag onto my suit. Welcome to the breakdown, everybody. I'm glad that you guys made it. It was supposed to be at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, but I had to move it to 2:00. Okay. So we're here from 2:00 to 4:00 from 2:00 to 4:00. Okay. 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. That's right. You're tuning in and even even uh the West Coast gets to wake up normally and watch this show. Right? The West Coast always complaining, oh, can't make it to your show. Can't make it to your goddamn show, man. It's way too early in the morning for us. That's how I feel that's how I feel at 3:00 o'clock in the morning when them guys are still, you know, it's only 12:00 o'clock for them. Anyway, this is the breakdown. Give me a round of applause. This is the breakdown episode 787 sponsored by Midnight. Sponsored by Midnight. Uh also Polymarket. Polymarket is the official prediction market sponsor of the breakdown. Also Cake Wallet. Cake Wallet one of the most secure wallets that you have in the space. If you hold you want to secure your Bitcoin, Litecoin, Zcash and Monero, look to Cake Wallet or also go to cakewallet.com. Also, if you have a phone that's just laying around, you can go ahead and factory reset that son of a gun and download cupcake and maybe just maybe move your assets to that. I don't know. I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just putting it out there more so than anything. Also, FOMO. If you haven't gone on to FOMO, then you're missing out. You're missing out to watch some of your fellow fellow traders trading on the app and telling you why they're going into certain place. Okay. Go on to fomo.family. You don't even got to buy anything. You just watch people give their takes on why they are going into said token, said project, said whatever. Okay. So there you go. Midnight, Polymarket, Cake Wallet and FOMO. I'm here today. My name is David Goxstein. I host the breakdown. If you're tuning in for the first time, I felt bad yesterday. Somebody came on here uh named uh Kevin Thompson. And he was upset that I was using sound effects. He was very upset with me because I was using the sound effects. And he said, this is really annoying. Nobody wants to hear anybody clap for you. So I use it a couple of more times to get rid of him. Anyway, anyway, let's get let's get down. By the way, I I should go ahead and, you know, walk around and and take my flowers on. I said it was going to be a bullish week four or five days ago. What happened? It's a bullish week, right? I legit told you it was going to be a bullish week. What happened? Bullish week. Let's look at the green all over the place, right? We're green. Right? We're green all over. We are green all over. And this is not a shock. This is not a shock to me. Somebody asked me, what do you think is going to happen? And I said, listen, it's really two things and it's it to me it's just common sense. Either the $60,000 point that we hit was bottom, which I believe the $60,000 point was bottom. And we just go up from here, or we go down, we revisit 60, maybe even go a little bit lower. And then we go up. Again, either it happens now or it'll happen in the next month or two. It's fine. I've been hoping that we pull back one more time so I can go ahead and, you know, get into some more of these plays that are green right now. But if that doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. It goes up and that's it. I think the most bullish news that we have, I think the most bullish thing that happened was Congress not being able to move forward with the Clarity Act. I think that was the most bullish thing that happened because you now allowed the CFTC and the SEC to go ahead and write rules that are way they they give everybody way more clarity. And it's better than the Clarity Act. The only the only problem is is that it's good for two years, right? It's only good for two years. So, I guess have fun. Right? If you sit back and you look at everything, for the next two years, this space is going to absolutely rock. I I think that goes over everybody's heads. I don't think everybody I don't think people realize that we got the Clarity Act that I I think everybody wanted and that was hey, let's be super pro crypto here. Let's allow our innovators to come here and participate. Let's allow Main Street to come here and participate. Let's build things. Okay? And let everybody participate. And and understand what they're participating in. And that's what you got from the CFTC and the NSEC and that's what you're going to get. Trump don't got to go ahead and be restricted either. Trump and his family can participate. Hunter Biden can come out uh you know, he can come out with like a gas token for his laptop, which he can call battery. Right? He has laptop and needs a battery. So people can do whatever they want. It's a free market. Decentralized. People can do whatever they want. Your decision whether or not you want to go into something. It's it's it's that easy. It's that easy to understand. I think it was a blessing. Thinking more about it right now, it was a blessing. Yesterday, when Landy was on, I was talking about how I talked about how I was more frustrated that our Congress people could not pass a bill for discussion. That that that's really it. I was frustrated and so what else don't they pass that can benefit the American people? That's that's the stuff that you got to go ahead and kind of look at. What else are they not passing that would benefit the American people and benefit the entire world from an economic standpoint? There's always there's always something to go ahead and hold things back. Well, again, the market looks green. Let's go over it here. Market, Bitcoin 5.4%, Ethereum up 5.9%. Tom Lee's probably absolutely happy. XRP up 7.1%, BNB up 4.6%. Zcash is down actually uh a point or almost a point. Um Hype is up 11%. ADA is up almost 10%. Chainlink is up almost 8%. Dogecoin is up 7%. Shiba Inu's up. Near Protocol is up. Near Protocol is up 24%. 24% 24% on the day. ARB is up 23%. That's good for Robin Hood. Pump is up 9.6%. Pepe is up 6.1%. Remember me talking about Sui? Sui's up almost 10% on the day. Gram, which people sleep on, in my in my humble opinion. It's up 4%. Solana is up 11%. Solana, let's look at Solana here. Man, it seems like everybody's crashing the site. I got to go ahead and hold on one second. Y'all are crashing it. Y'all are crashing the site. Anyway, let's go um while while I get this whole thing updated. Again, total market cap is up to $2.86 trillion. Bitcoin at 80,880. Ethereum to 2600. Everything the whole market up 5.27%. That this is it is nice. This is nice. This is obviously nice. Solana at $112. $112 Solana. $112 Solana. What the uh I'll tell you what the red box is. Who is the red box? I I don't know what the hell that is. It's BTW. I don't know I have never heard of it. Or so I don't know I don't know who it's the only thing that's down. It's probably some random shitcoin. It probably is and I'm going to get my ass handed to me for that, but All right, anyway, anyway, let's let's uh let's keep it moving. So, so what are we going to discuss here, ladies and gentlemen, boys and and girls, children of all ages. Bitcoin hits 81,000 as traders bet against crypto getting squeezed. Bitcoin reached approximately $81,000 while Ethereum recovered towards 2600. Roughly $470 million in short positions were liquidated across crypto over 24 hours, including about 238 million in Bitcoin shorts and 85 million in Ethereum shorts. Those forced closures can accelerate a run by creating additional buying pressure. Liquidations total doesn't tell us how much fresh investor money entered in though. Hype reached a record around $92. So $92 today for Hype. Shout out to the people that hold Hype. Gaining approximately 11% over the last 24 hours. I'm I'm really happy. I got to tell you, I am absolutely happy to see a green day. I'm I I actually am some people say that I'm psychotic. I'm actually happier when we have red days because then I can buy. I can buy more stuff that I actually like. But hey, Hype reaching a record of $92, that's great. Shout out to everybody who got into Hype really early. Hype was sitting there early and nobody wanted to touch it. I remember, I remember, the North remembers. Uh, so how much of this move is people becoming more confident and how much is traders getting forced out of bad positions? Um, again, I I like I said, to open up the show, I I totally believe that this comes down to this comes down to the Clarity Act bill not being passed. The Clarity Act bill not being passed caused this. In my in my in my humble opinion, I believe it caused what we're seeing now. You have this rally happening because the SEC and the CFTC have taken it upon their hands to go ahead and write out the rules for crypto and those rules will be good for the next two years under this current administration. For people that were upset that the Clarity Act did not pass, you should be absolutely thrilled from some sense that it didn't because the rules are better with the SEC and I the imagine saying this six years ago, but the rules are better with the SEC and the CFTC putting them out there than they would be coming from Congress. But you still need Congress. The problem is, at the end of the day, hopefully in the next two years, Congress adapts everything that has been done here by the SEC and and the CFTC. That's what you that's what you ultimately would want is Congress to see what the SEC and the CFTC have put together and put that into law. That's what you that's what you would want. Not this bill that they have that makes absolutely no sense. This bill is a bill just to pass a bill and then have have years of discussions to alter it to make it better. And we've had people that have obviously worked in Congress, have been around politicians that say like, hey, listen, man, you'd rather get a bill passed and then you work towards making it better. To me, it doesn't even make sense. Like, wouldn't you want to pass a bill that's good right off of the right off jump, you'd want to pass a bill that's good that works. Not one that's, okay, we pass it, it's sort of good and now we're going to work to make it better. I think that's dumb. I I really think that's crazy to go ahead and do. But that's how our that's how America works, especially right now with the Congress that we have in, with the way that people fight, Republicans and Democrats, the way they fight independence. it's this is what we have here. This is absolutely what we have here. Listen, it's all right though. I'm I'm going to repeat this again for the next two years. The SEC and the CFTC have written out the rules. They have pushed out the rules. They've given people clarity. They've given this industry clarity so you understand what the hell is happening. Institutions understand what's happening and how they go ahead and get to play here and build here. The builders in this space understand and and have the clarity to go and build here and not go elsewhere. Here we are. You know, you would think that we would look over to these other countries that have embraced crypto a long time ago and adopt what they're doing. Why aren't we doing the same thing? Why why aren't we looking at Dubai? Why aren't we looking at Dubai and looking to see like, hey, maybe we should take what Dubai's playbook here and incorporate it into America. Zero capital gains, if you build in Dubai, zero tax. Like I mean, why wouldn't you want all the builders to be here? And the Clarity Act, the Clarity Act if it would have been passed, it promotes job growth. So why wouldn't you want to pass a bill that would create job growth, which would create more revenue for the United States of America? I don't these are the things these are the things that stop America from being the crypto capital of the world. But again, but again, the SEC and the CFTC have laid down the law. They've put out rules. Even though, you know, they're temporary and they'll probably they have that that expiration date is two years from now. Still two years. Two years under a pro crypto administration that everybody can build out and trade and understand and have clarity. To me, the next step is crypto taxes to have clarity on taxes for them to finally label crypto as either property all across the board or a commodity across the board or a currency all across the board. That needs to happen. We can't have four or five departments labeling crypto differently here. Can't have one saying and I say this all the time, can't have one saying that it's a property and then it's a commodity and then can't have that. People are confused. You leave people confused. That's my take on there. That's my take. Again, the the markets are ripping, the markets are green. We're going into the weekend, usually low low volume. Who knows? Who knows what happens during the weekend? Who knows what we'll see during this weekend? I don't know, you don't know. The SEC opens a path for tokenized stocks. That was big news. Yesterday, the SEC issued a temporary conditional exemption allowing qualifying venues to trade certain tokenized US stocks. That is huge news. That is huge news for Trify to come into. Everybody's using crypto. Where crypto was once thought of to be this illegal asset or industry, which it never was because people it was the narrative that was pushed out there. Now everybody and every company and every industry wants to participate in crypto. So give yourselves a round of applause if you've been here building and been been here advocating for this industry. Because now everybody wants to be a part of it. The exemption expires five years after publication. It includes limits on trading volume and the number of stock symbols. Token holders must receive the same rights as owners of the equivalent uh traditional share class. Trading must also stop when the underlying stock is halted on its primary exchange. The framework allows permissionless and permissioned trading pools using public or smart contracts. And that came from the SEC. How can you not be bullish on crypto? How can you just not be bullish on crypto? Like you you you understand the trillions upon trillions of dollars that's about to come in because the SEC and the CFTC took it into their own hands to go ahead and lay out the law. Do you understand what's going to happen? If you are focused, I'm going to tell you right now, if you are focused right now, you're going to win. If you are focused and you're not participating in all the bullshit out there, if you're not chasing bullshit either, you're going to win. You are going to win. So what does the everyday investor actually gain here? Lower cost, easier access, better settlement, all of that. You have now, you have Main Street has easier access to go and enter the traditional markets besides being in the crypto markets. And being in the crypto markets, but now you have access to the traditional markets, which a lot of you guys haven't had access to because the system has been set up to not allow you to participate in traditional markets. So that's a good thing. Let's give ourselves a round of applause. This is great. All good news today. All good news today. All good news. All really good news today. I like this. I like this. Why is he sending me a post? What the hell is he sending me, man? What is this? What in the hell is this? Yeah, I worked out so hard yesterday. I just want to let you guys know. I worked out like a beast. I've been working out like a beast for the last five days. It's just beast mode. What is this? What is this that he's sending me? Uh, this just in from uh, this was a day ago though. Multiple uh world leaders have reportedly fallen ill after attending the BRICS Summit in India. That's what that's what Landy said. Um, all right. That that's funny. Uh that that's not funny. I'm sorry. It's not funny, but it's anyway. Uh, the CFTC moves ahead while Congress stalls on crypto legislation. The CFTC submitted a crypto market proposal to the White House's Office of Management and Budget on September 17th, which was yesterday for those who don't keep up with dates. This follows the Clarity Act's failure to advance in the Senate. Uh, the proposed details remain undisclosed. We don't know yet which assets would qualify, what platforms we need to what platforms would need to do or which restrictions would apply. Uh, the White House review is an early uh step further commission uh actions and public comment was still be needed before the final rules. So, you got the SEC and you got the CFTC. They're they're how many times have I said that today? Somebody has to give me a count of how many times I said the SEC and the CFTC have been working nonstop now after the decision by Congress not to move forward to discuss the Clarity Act bill. Senator Tim Scott went ahead and told the SEC and the CFTC, guys, you know what? We can get it done here. So get the rules done. Let's bring clarity to the table and that's what they're been doing and this is amazing. I got to give this another round of applause. Finally. Finally. Finally moving in the right direction. Jesus Christ. Jesus. How much certainty can regulate uh regulators give businesses using their existing authority? A lot. A lot. People ask, would you actually commit serious money to building a US crypto business now or would you wait until there are actually rules that are given to us by Congress? And I'm like, build now. We got to keep our innovators here, man. I I don't know. Like it it's it's very simple. We keep innovation here. America was always known to dominate. Like America was known as always being first. Now it's kind of like we like being last. We like being last and I don't know why. I have no idea why we prefer to be last when we can be first. Also real quick, Warren Buffett steps down from uh his position as chairman of Berkshire Hathaway. So good for him, man. Legend, many, many decades of absolute winning. I just want to say and remember when I told you guys, you know, the landscape of trading in crypto, the cycles can change, but going into plays and being good at identifying a good play, that hasn't changed. Like I I I told this to somebody. I'm still good at recognizing a good play. Has it taken me a little bit more time to identify it? Yeah. Have you seen the plays that have come out? I'm going to talk about the meme economy. Have we seen the plays that have come out from the meme economy? It's trash. Okay? And right now, I just have to identify and I'm watching and I'm sitting back and looking and saying, okay, I'm going to give it us another week or two. I'm watching how people move and then I'll move accordingly. That's all I've been doing. I've sitting back and watching at how the KOLs and the influencers and the VCs are moving for me to adapt to that and and just you know, just tweak my style a little bit. I don't have to get rid of my style of going into products or projects. I just have to tweak it a little bit to to this current environment. That's it. And I'm going to win again. And again, and again. Record diesel prices could add pressure to uh grocery prices. US diesel averaged man, $6.29 cents per gallon this week, approximately 68% above a year earlier. That hits farmers during the harvest and raises freight costs.
[Part 2 of 4] [00:00] Uh, yeah, I mean we need to bring obviously, we need to bring down, we need to bring down gas prices. [00:08] Landy's in the room, of course, uh, in the chat. Beat him up. By the way, Landy's show goes on at 8:00 p.m. uh, tonight as he uh, sits down with his fellow um, he sits down with people that do horoscopes and stuff and men's astrology. Sorry, I didn't mean to disrespect you like that, but men's astrology, they'll have the little session where they, they talk about, you know, the moon and the stars and the Milky Way and Jupiter and how it uh, the it's gravitational pull, you know, could go ahead and pull Bitcoin to 100K before the end of the month, right? I landed on, I think I [00:45] [Applause] [00:52] Also, uh, Trump is uh, trying to keep China's uh, China's vehicles out of the United States of America. Automakers pressure Trump to keep Chinese and they're also the automakers in the United States of America, also pressuring Trump to keep Chinese competitors out. Major automotive industry groups urged Trump to maintain uh, restrictions on Chinese automakers before its meeting with the President of China. Okay? Trump has expressed openness to Chinese companies manufacturing vehicles in the United States. The group argues that it that allowing entry would threaten existing manufacturers and jobs. That is true. We need to keep China out. I don't know why the hell Trump, we can't let China in. Are you kidding me? This is what Clinton did. [01:42] Clinton, Clinton brought, he allowed China to come into the WTO. [01:50] We can't let China got, China, listen, I don't know how BYD drives. I've never sat in one. Okay? I don't know how the Chinese EVs rock. Like I don't I don't really don't know. [02:08] I've seen YouTube videos though. I've seen videos of these vehicles and they look like they're cheap and they look fantastic. The key part is cheap, but the labor there is cheap, right? So it's like, you bring these cars in, and at some point, they're going to start, give it like five years and they'll start whipping, they'll start whipping American car makers. No doubt about it. [02:39] I wouldn't, I mean, I would not, if I'm the president, hell no. Absolutely not. We ain't making this, we're not making that mistake again. [02:51] I mean, if you, when you think about America, you think about the automotive industry. We're going to have China come in here and take that? [03:00] Can't do that. Cannot do that, man. People will be like, hold on, but we have to, no, no, we cannot have China, China come in here and take our automotive, automotive business. That that that's crazy. That that'd be wild. [03:19] I I I'm driving American. I'm driving American. I am driving American only. Anyway, and that I'm just saying respectfully, I'm an American, I'm a drive, I'm going to buy American products. As should everybody else. If the American product is good, buy it. We'll be right back after this commercial break. I'm going to talk about, now we're going to get to, we're passing the news, I'm going to get to privacy protocols. Your favorite influencer just started talking about Zcash. I've been talking about Zcash since 16, 17, 18. [03:57] I've been talking about Monero forever. [04:02] See, here, that's the thing, hype over value. [04:07] If you guys see me retweeting stuff, it's just that I want you to remember who's been here for a really long time talking about really good protocols. [04:20] I do feel like they've done everything to make sure that I'm not seen here on this algorithm on X, and that's fine. I will fight my way to be seen. Trust me, YouTube 50X the amount of view ships or viewers potentially there for to see my content. I'm not even worried. You can ban my account tomorrow. I'll save $3,000 a month. I'll be back right after this commercial break. [04:44] [Music] [04:46] What first got you excited about blockchains? Think about it. Oh, wait. [04:55] I bet it wasn't multi-million dollar hacks, exposed data, or finding somewhere safe to store your seed phrase. Was it? Maybe it was the idea of decentralizing a broken financial system. [05:08] Maybe it was imagining a world where people own their own data and get to sharing the value it creates. [05:15] [Music] [05:18] Or maybe it was the promise of a fundamentally better way of connecting, communicating and transacting. [05:49] And that's why we built Midnight to bring down the final barrier to mass adoption and unlock the full potential of the decentralized web. Let's build the internet we deserve. [06:01] Together. [06:04] [Music] [06:05] Ladies and gentlemen, we all know this in crypto. Ownership matters. That's why Cake Wallet. [06:43] [Music] [06:48] This is Houston. T minus one minute until full data blackout. All eyes are on you. [06:59] [Music] [07:03] Breaking news. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. We have a second angle on this. [07:13] Is that guy on FOMO? Oh, yeah. Like me for real. Crazy, crazy. Yeah, let's get back to it, everybody. [07:19] [Music] [07:32] Breaking news. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. [07:37] [Music] [07:40] Opportunity cost is simply this. Every decision you take is a decision you choose over something else. [07:49] [Music] [07:54] This just in. According to the astronaut's FOMO account, highest in the room, the satellite has been restored. [08:01] [Music] [08:03] Yes. For now, the crisis appears to be over. [08:09] [Music] [08:19] Satellites up and running. Positions looking good too. [08:23] [Music] [08:31] [Music] There we go. United States of America representing. Socialism does not work. Digital assets. Is it better to move money with the speed of light? People are greedy when they also try to acquire gold. Came here providing electricity and that energy that is necessary. I'm the modern day Tony Stark. [08:55] [Music] [09:01] [Applause] [09:03] Welcome back. Yeah, free palm readings at 8:00 p.m. by Landy. You can go ahead and catch his show on the Goxian uh, Media Network. [09:14] Yeah, free palm, if I I have so much to say right now. I'm just trying to keep a PC. I really am trying to keep a PC. [09:25] I really am. All right, let's look at some of uh, let's go ahead and look at some of these runners here on FOMO. Let's let's start with the stuff that you guys, you guys, well, one of them I just jumped into because I thought it was a really good narrative and let's see where that sits. [09:42] Damn, this shit is dead. [09:48] This shit is dead. [09:59] I mean, it is dumb money, right? I mean, it I mean, it's called dumb money for a reason. I I I put in $5,500 of my own money into this and it's dead. [10:10] So on FOMO, by the way, it's at 90, what is it? 96K, 95.5K market cap. God damn. [10:21] Every time it tries to go up, somebody just says, you know what? It's not happening. Let me just, let me just sell. [10:29] And again, it's the, it's the mentality of let's go chase the new shiny toy, you know, every 72 hours, let's just switch to the next thing. Let's go, let's go chase something called mosquito in you and all this stuff. I I I I guess that's the mentality. That is the mentality of this space. And it is what it is. I'm not, see, the thing is, I'm not fighting the market. I can never fight the market. [10:54] I tell that to everybody I know. Don't fight the market. [10:58] Just don't, you're going to lose, it's a losing battle. [11:01] You go with the market, you don't fight it. Let's look at Auggie, how bad is it? It's at 51.5K. [11:13] I know, I I know in my heart that there are people and I will repeat this, there are people that are waiting, waiting for me to say, you know what? They think I'm going to get to the point of getting so frustrated that I'm going to rip off the bandaid and say, you know what? Fuck this. I'm going to put in my own money and send it. That's not happening. I'm telling you that right now. It's not going to happen for dumb money, it's not going to happen for Auggie. It will, these things will stay in my ports, but it will not happen to the point where I I go in and put in my own money. I already did. [11:47] But I'm not putting 50 grand into the son of a bitch. [11:53] I'm not putting 50 grand into dumb money. I'm not going to put in 50 grand into Auggie. It is what it is. [12:02] It is what it is. [12:06] Do you guys like it? Great. Y'all can go into it. If you don't, don't. [12:12] That's it. [12:15] I'm a market participant just like everybody else. I'm not going to do what I've done in previous cycles. And thankfully, I've always gone into really good plays. Who do I I talked to somebody about this yesterday. I said, I really, you know, every cycle, I really set myself up to go into really good, really good plays. So I can go and take the chances in the meme economy. And and don't get me wrong, the memes are great. Some memes are absolutely phenomenal. You'll catch a Doge, you'll catch a Shiba, you'll catch a Pepe, right? You'll and there's others that I can name out. [12:57] But then there's others that you'll catch it and and and you know what, it's like catching the flu or catching COVID or something. I don't know. [13:06] But there but you know what, I I was so, for those who know me and you've heard this on the show, people that actually know me and have come on and they've stated to people that I've put 50 grand into things like it was nothing. I'm not doing that. And I know those are the expectations of people, especially people that follow me. I I'm not doing that. So if you're waiting for that, you're you're you're going to be shit out of luck, I promise you. [13:35] Because I am not doing that. [13:37] The only thing I'm going to put 50 grand into is Bitcoin. Or Ethereum or Solana. [13:45] And or maybe Monero. I don't know. It's not happening here. [13:53] If you think I'm going to put 50, 100 grand into these, it's not happening. It's absolute, I'm telling you right now, I'm going to repeat myself, not going to happen. [14:05] But people can do whatever they want to do. [14:09] Everybody can do whatever they want to do. Bottom line. [14:14] Bottom line. Do as you wish. [14:19] Do as you wish, but that I will, I'm telling you right now, not doing it. Not happening. [14:26] Absolutely not happening. [14:30] So let's talk about, we've seen those two. Let's see what else is happening. What are things moving? Let's look at, I know Ansem really went down to like 115 million. Let's see where Ansem's at today. [14:43] Let's see where, let's see where Ansem's at. [14:49] Let's, where is Ansem? [15:00] It's funny, I talked about Sui. I'm going to bring up that post about Sui too. I'm going to bring it, I will bring, I'm going to bring out receipts on everybody's ass. [15:10] I'm going to make sure you don't forget. [15:13] I know that you got the hype machine over on the other side and these people give whack ass fucking takes. I'm sorry. I'm ripping off the bandaid today. I'm tired of being PC and just like be a good sport. Fuck that. What is going on? [15:32] Half these people just came in. They were never in these fucking projects. And then they're talking about, oh, one good play. Great. I've had plenty. [15:43] This is a marathon, not a sprint. [15:46] I'm a winner at the end of the day. I'm going to tell you that right now. I'm leaving with something. As Denzel Washington said with his interview with Jamie Fox, I'm leaving with something. [15:57] I I definitely, I'm leaving with one win here this cycle and a big one, not small, but a big one. Where is it? [16:07] Am I just like missing it here, man? [16:10] There it goes. Okay, so it's back to, everybody was, you know, on the timeline, I was watching this on the timeline. People were just like, look, you see Ansem rugged and shit like that. Uh, because everything was going down at that time. Everything was going down uh, at that time. But it's back to 168, 168 million. And like I said, if he had more supply control, it wouldn't be at these numbers. [16:34] You can't give out, you just can't give out this stuff. You can't, you can't airdrop everybody because everybody's just going to sell. And listen, motherfuckers can do what they want to do. At the end of the day, if people want to sell something, they sell it. But when you give it out, when you're giving out these things, when you're giving out these tokens to people, just know they're going to sell in your head. It's just bottom line. [17:00] People are not going to wait, they're going to sell. [17:04] That's it. [17:06] You want to reward your your biggest holders. You want to reward those who grind away and and appreciate the asset that's being built out or the product or the meme, whatever it is. That's who you want. To me, that's who you want to reward. I don't know why why you should reward any, like I this is the biggest thing I had with Pudgy Penguins. I love Pengu. I have Pengu. I respect the hell out of Luca. [17:33] I respect the fact that he airdropped everybody Pengu. I respect that. [17:41] But look what happened. Like Pengu did go up, but then it went down because of sell pressure because people started selling. And at the end of the day, man, like, for I mean, for him, for Luca, is it worth it? Maybe for him it is because like he's building, he's building, he's building something. [18:02] He's already built something that sits in Walmart. So he's he's thinking outside of the box, how much, how many users can I acquire kind of thing. [18:12] Everybody else ain't thinking that way. [18:16] And that's the truth, like a lot of people are not thinking about how do I acquire people and build out like this strong ass army, those who believe and understand the content that I'm bringing. No, no, no, people are just like, they're trying to go, oh, I'm just, we're trying to flip Doge. And I respect it. Okay. Flip Dogecoin. [18:35] Everybody, how many times have I said this? You should have your priority, you should have goals. If you're leading any project, you should have goals of flipping, flipping, flipping something. [18:50] I respect that. [18:54] Hold on, I want to see if my thing is up here. [19:00] Let's see. Bobo. [19:05] Where's Bobo? He's not even here? [19:10] Here's one, well, you know what? Looking at Bobo's chart, here's another one. Looking at Bobo's chart, that's kind of bullish. [19:29] Bobo migrates from Ethereum to Solana, goes up. I remember it went to like 26 million, I believe. Then it obviously people sold off. And now you're hovering around here the entire time and people are accumulating. Then you have this part here where people sold off a little bit more. But now I feel like at some point, this is prob, I'm going to put Bobo right there with everybody else. Bobo has to be the most underrated S-tier meme that we have in the meme economy space. [20:10] I got to tell you that right now. Bobo is absolutely 100% the most underrated meme, one of the most underrated memes that we have in the meme economy. [20:25] There is no way Bobo should be at this price. Like there's no way that it there is no way, $6 million market cap with 44% control if not more in the hands of wreck. There is no way. [20:44] There's no way that it should be here. But okay, fine, it's here. And that's an again, I'm just showing everybody. It's the same thing what I've said about other stuff. [20:59] You have an opportunity now, right now. You're I just showed you Bobo for instance, right? It's just hypothetically I just showed you Bobo. I I could show you a lot of things too. I could show you some real protocols. No disrespect to the memes, but I can show you utility tokens. Let's put it that way. So I don't I'm not bashing anybody. But you have these things just sitting there, right? [21:19] It's about belief. Let me spell this out for you guys because I went ahead and wrote about this on my on my X feed. And I don't know if you guys got to read this. I don't know how many people actually read. [21:34] But let's go ahead and go, let's pop this up. [21:39] I mean, any any day now. [21:43] Jesus Christ, what the hell is happening with X needs better servers, man. All right. Let's go and pop off over here. [21:52] I want y'all to read this with me. I put this on X. [22:01] I wrote this. [22:07] Here's the problem that a lot of you guys have. This is the problem that you guys have. [22:13] God damn it, why can't I zoom in? There you go. [22:17] Let me read this to you guys because I know a lot of you guys don't read and then I also know that we are on Apple podcast, we are on Spotify, we're also on uh, excuse me, Amazon Music, I Heart Radio and others. So let me read this for those that are tuning in uh, that will be listening to this on the podcast. [22:37] A lot of or the podcasting platforms. I always correct myself. A lot of people give up because all of the work, conviction and time they put into something isn't showing up on the chart yet. I'm not talking about holding onto some random project with nothing behind it and convicting yourself uh, convincing yourself it's going to work. I'm talking about the ones with actual teams and devs, a real community and people who are passionate enough to keep showing up when no one else cares. Tesla went sideways for years before it exploded. [23:12] Doge was a joke to most people and traded under a penny for years. Shiba was basically dead until it wasn't. You know who was still there? The people everyone called delusional. They kept showing up while everyone on the sidelines told them why they were wrong. That's what people forget. If you genuinely believe in something, work for it, talk about it, support it, give it a real chance to become what you think it becomes or could or can become, excuse me. The people sitting on the sidelines will always have an opinion. They're not the ones in the game. And that is the truth. [23:45] A lot of these people that talk shit about assets don't have any skin in the game. [23:52] They have none. [23:54] They have no skin in the game. [23:57] Zero. [24:04] If you believe in something, then 100% isn't good enough. Your your belief in whatever token you're in has to be absolute delusional. And I've been saying that word since 2016 when I burst it onto the scene on Twitter. You have to be delusional in your conviction. [24:35] 100% is not good enough. [24:39] 100% is not good enough. When you tell me, you know, I laugh when people say, hey, I've given it my all. I've talked, I I I've done so much to talk about this and have you really, have you really ran through walls for the things that you love? No, you haven't. You don't know that feeling. You look at the chart, you get discouraged because you look at the chart and the chart is not reflecting the work that you've put in. [25:10] That's the problem. [25:12] You're the chart does not reflect the work that you've put in, so you give up. [25:19] I could have easily given up on Dogecoin. I could have, you know what, I could have saved myself from looking ridiculous and showing up onto mainstream media news channels and talking about Dogecoin when I was brought on there to talk about Bitcoin. I could have saved myself the consistent bantering because after those shows, I would come back onto Twitter and people would be like, yo, you're talking about Dogecoin instead of Bitcoin on on national TV. Yeah, you know why? Because I I do believe that Dogecoin did bring in a lot of people into this space. The meme economy will bring a lot of normies into this space. Why do you think Vlad, Robin Hood are going after the meme economy? They understand that the meme economy, it's easier for people to relate with a meme and come into this space and then ultimately find themselves in Solana, Ethereum, Bitcoin, uh, Zcash, Monero, Midnight. Yes, they're the sponsor, but I've been talking about Midnight before they were a sponsor. So yeah, like these things ultimately people who come into this space will ultimately find their way into some of the top tier assets that we have. [26:31] How many people came into this space because of Dogecoin? How many people came into this space because of Shiba Inu? How many people came into this space because of Pepe? [26:41] I can't believe I'm going to say this because it was garbage, complete trash, and I dogged it since day one. But SafeMoon. People came into this space because of SafeMoon. [26:54] If you ask some people, what was their first token? They'll tell you SafeMoon. So think about that. A lot, even if the project was dog shit, people were committed to these things and a lot of normies came in, a lot of retail came in through that avenue. And then they ultimately made their way to some legitimate utility projects. Chainlink, Ada. I I could keep going. Near Protocol. [27:22] I mean, Polkadot was was blasting at one point too. Like I I can name a lot of these things. But ultimately people came through the memes. [27:34] So where I'm going with this is that you have to be delusional. You you you just, not everything's going to work out even if you're absolutely crazy about something. This that's not a it's not a guarantee that being delusional and giving 500% effort into talking about said asset is going to work out. It does not guarantee it. [28:01] Does not guarantee it. But there's a better chance of it working out if you're going 500% than if you're just, hey, you're coasting. [28:18] It's the truth. [28:20] You know, the way I look at life, it's funny because as soon as I start, when I go back to training and working out, you know what I start, I start, this is how I approach everything. When I start working out and training, there there comes, I I don't know how many people actually work out here. I doubt that I doubt that a lot of my audience works out. I really doubt that a lot of my audience works out. I think you guys just eat like cheese doodles and and you you watch the show and you click buttons and stuff. But, for those who do work out, sometimes, sometimes as you're, sometimes as you're working out and you're and you're doing reps, let's say you're doing four sets of 12. Like you're you're on your second or third set, let's say your third set and and and you're and you're doing reps and you're just like, man, like I can't do it, right? So like there comes a there comes a point as you're working out. I'm going to give you this where you say, oh, I I it happens to me. It's like, I can't do it. I I I can't do it. That's mental. [29:30] It's not a physical thing. It's mentally that you're telling you you're you are putting a limit on yourself. [29:38] Don't do it, DG. What are you talking about? [29:41] What do you mean don't do it? Don't do what? [29:53] Anyway, but the limits that we set are the are you know, it's the limits that we set. [30:03] So if you say you can't do it, you won't do it. [30:07] If you say that you can't do something, you won't do it. I can promise you that. [30:12] If you're if in that very moment, you say in your head, I can't do it, you won't do it. [30:22] As soon as I feel that, let's say I'm doing bench presses, automatically, I say I can. [30:32] And I just will my way. Anybody who works out understands what I'm saying. I just will my way there. [30:43] Motivation will not get you there. What I'm talking about right now, motivation will not get you there. It is your determination and unbreakable will that will get you there and there is to finish the rep. [31:03] You run, you go running and you set out to run 10 miles. Five miles in, you're like, I I can't do it. I got to give up. I can't breathe. [31:15] Easy way out is, hey, I can give up or you can keep going. [31:21] You find that gear. Find that second gear, find your third gear. What I am saying is, bottom line, it it the the analogy applies to crypto. [31:37] The moment, you know, I I I know a lot of people who gave up and sold their bags like early, not I don't want to say early, but right before, I I I've seen this so many times, right before things take off, people have sold their bags because they thought it was dead. [31:55] They thought it was over. [31:57] And then a week or two later, their shit goes off. [32:10] I've seen it so many times. [32:17] I've seen it so many times where people at the last second sell because it looks so dead. And then a week to two weeks later, it sends. And then they're sitting there and they're like, oh my God, why? Your belief, your conviction wasn't really there. [32:40] You're so occupied with looking at a green candle or watching for hype from your favorite influencer in this space who can't explain how blockchain works. Here's the thing, fine, you know what? You want to follow influencers? At least allow, I want to hear them break down how blockchain works in general. You know, that's who you should be following. People that know and understand how the chain works, how the ecosystem works. Not somebody who can just get on a mic and just say, hey, I think this is really cool. [33:16] Because that's all I hear is like this is really cool. [33:29] Let's see, I'm going to read into the chat real quick. Uh, I don't even know what the hell. Yeah, I'm not throwing no 50K into anything. That's not how. I told you, the only thing I would throw 50K into is, it got, you look at the top 10. That's the only thing I throw 50K into. You're not definitely, I am definitely not going to be exit liquidity for anybody. [33:57] I am not exit liquidity for anybody's ass. [34:02] Absolutely not. I will not be exit liquidity. [34:12] No way. No way. I've learned my lessons. [34:18] Two times. Gone in, thrown money in and then got, you know what, you know what the biggest thing is? Okay, you throw in 50K or 100K, whatever it is. [34:36] Even if people go ahead and dump on you, I guess, at least people will say, yo, DG, you know what? He really, you know, the real ones acknowledge, oh, they David threw in 50K and David threw in 40 or 30 or whatever. Cool, great. [34:51] But then you'll have people that even when you do these things, they'll find ways to like hate on you. [35:00] So not only do they dump on you, but they hate on you. So fuck that. Absolutely not. I'm not doing that. [35:08] They'll find a fucking way to go ahead and disrespect you. Every fucking corner. Absolutely not, not doing that. [35:17] But I do believe at the end of the day, to circle back, the most delusional people win. The most delusional people end up winning in this space. You're not going to get everything right. So if you're if you if you're delusional about 10 tokens, if you have 10 tokens and you're delusional about them, five out of 10 will work out. [35:39] Right? And I think that's a fair conservative number in crypto. Five out of 10 will ultimately work out and maybe two out of the 10 will absolutely will absolutely change your life. [35:55] Five out of 10 work out, two out of 10 change your life. I'm talking about their home runs. [36:01] The other five, it is what it is. [36:08] And that's another thing. I think people, I think, this is the mind, the mindset has to change here. If you're going to something, first of all, if you're copy trading some, if you're copy trading somebody and you lose your ass, that's your fault. [36:25] If I'm trading out here and you're copying me, I don't need to go ahead and say this is not financial advice. You shouldn't be following me. If I'm writing a thesis on why I think this shit is good or why it's not up, that that's me just writing a thesis. You following me where I am prepared, the difference is, I am prepared to lose. [36:51] I don't have a loser's mentality, but I'm prepared to lose. And what I mean by that is, there is a chance I will go into something and lose. [37:03] Because nothing is guaranteed. Life is not guaranteed, okay? Life itself is not guaranteed. The markets are not guaranteed to work in your favor, even if you do the most in terms of research. And I research. I do research. Anybody who knows me knows I research. [37:26] But that doesn't guarantee me to win. It puts me in a better position, but it doesn't guarantee me to absolutely win. [37:40] Come on. What are we talk like, I want you being that all you guys are tuned in here today on a Friday. Think about this. [37:52] I open up a wallet on Pump.fun to buy memes, which I have. To just buy memes. Y'all send me, listen, I've been talking, I got to put up some tapes here of me talking about the movement before, years before, any of this shit came out about bulls and all this shit. [38:14] I've been talking about the next Wall Street Bets forever on spaces, on Clubhouse, on goddamn fucking on all my podcasts, in all my shows. I've been talking about it. [38:40] If I really wanted to, right? If I really and I said this, I think I've said this a couple of times. If I really wanted to, I could have endorsed something, I could have blessed something at the time where things were just skyrocketing. [39:02] But I didn't. [39:06] I just didn't. [39:09] And those those things still went into millions. [39:13] Two or three, two of those white bulls went into millions. I didn't claim any of them.
[Part 3 of 4] [00:06] [David] I sat back because I like I understand first of all, I appreciate my brand. That's number one. I appreciate my brand. So I'm not just going to go and just say, yeah, guys, you can use my likeness, create tokens and send them to me. And and then guilt trip me into saying that the funny thing is like guilt tripping me or trying to guilt trip me into claiming something for your benefit. That's not going to happen. [00:46] [David] I'm reading the comments now. I don't even know what the fuck this means. I don't even know what they're talking about. Who you guys talking to? Do I not see the person you guys are are talking to in this chat? Cuz I don't it sounds like you guys are talking to somebody and I can't see it. Are you guys talking to somebody? Are you guys fighting with like who who are you guys battling with? I don't I'd love to participate in this conversation you guys are having. Can you show me the screen, uh the screen name or or or the handle of the person that you guys are yapping at? Anyway, we'll be right back after this commercial break, sponsored by uh Midnight, which I want to talk about Midnight. Zcash, what do you think is next in terms of privacy tokens that go parabolic? Let's talk about it right after this. [02:00] [Guest: Midnight] What first got you excited about blockchains? Think about it. Oh, wait. I bet it wasn't multi-million dollar hacks, exposed data, or finding somewhere safe to store your seed phrase. So, why hasn't it happened yet? Where we're still living with the same broken system that blockchains promised to fix. It's because blockchains can't keep a secret. Enabling open transparent systems was only the first half of the challenge. For blockchains to really change the world, they also have to be able to protect our sensitive data when it matters. And that's why we built Midnight, to bring down the final barrier to mass adoption and unlock the full potential of the decentralized web. Let's build the internet we deserve. Together. [04:01] [Guest: Midnight] This is Houston. T-minus one minute until full data blackout. All eyes are on you. Breaking news. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. We have a second angle on this. Is that guy on FOMO? Yeah, let's get back to it everybody. Breaking news. There is an astronaut conducting an emergency repair on a global communication satellite that could go dark at any moment. Opportunity costs. It's simply this. Every position you take is a position you choose over something else. This just in. According to the astronaut's FOMO account, highest in the room, the satellite has been restored. This. For now, the crisis appears to be over. Satellite's up and running. Positions looking good, too. [04:42] [Guest: David Gokhshtein] There we go. United States of America representing. Socialism does not work. Digital assets. Is it better to move money at the speed of light? People are greedy when they also try to acquire gold. I'm here providing electricity. And that energy that is necessary. I'm the modern day Tony Stark. [05:12] [Guest: David Gokhshtein] Welcome back. Welcome back to the Breakdown, episode 787. Hopefully everybody understands exactly what I was talking about earlier here on the program. We broke down everything that's been happening. Obviously, the SEC, CFTC, they've uh, they've done what Congress couldn't and they've allowed this space to go green because there is clarity now. People understand what the fuck is going on and they feel more comfortable and that stands from a retail standpoint and also from an institutional standpoint. So now people are embracing crypto, which is, which is great. For for years I've watched as people have dunked on crypto. Now you have institutional players embracing crypto and trying to build everything on it. Even Kevin O'Leary put out a quote yesterday saying that he's going back into crypto. A few months ago, he was talking about only holding one asset because he sold off the others. Now he's talking about getting back into crypto. I don't believe that he ever got out of crypto, but he's publicly talking about going back into crypto. If Kevin O'Leary is out there publicly talking about going back into crypto, what do you think others who are silently going into crypto are doing? They're accumulating. Or they have been accumulating some of the best assets here in the market. That is why they win. They recognize positions, they understand, they read. They they they got their they they they got the pulse of the industry. They they got their quants working for them. And they're always in in front of the narrative, which you should be doing. You should be doing that. If you want to win, that's what you need to be doing. That's basically it. And now you're going to have a bunch you're going to have tokenization on chains. Like you're going to have a lot of things. You the market is going to the traditional market is going to open up for retail. Retail is going to be able to buy things like Tesla on chain and trade them for those who trade. Like it is going to be there there is so much liquidity that's coming, you don't understand it. I know a lot of people think, oh, trillions of dollars are coming into memes. No, trillions of dollars will be coming into crypto, not into your favorite meme. Could it trickle down into your memes? I think the dopest memes will get the trickle-down effect. I don't think some of this dog shit that's been peddled to you guys is going to do anything. So that that's that's my stance. And I'm waiting. I am waiting on my opportunity. I am absolutely waiting on my opportunity to absolutely destroy people with P&Ls. I'm allowing, you know, this is where I know I've matured in in these cycles. Shout out to Joshua. Joshua is made Pedro Denaro is making a good comeback today. It's at 1.7 million. Uh, I know it was almost down to it was under a million, then it hovered at a million, and now it's at 1.7 million. Uh, I I don't see why Pedro Denaro can't do good. I think it does very well. Um, but you're going to see, you know, previous cycles, I would have said, you know what? I'm going to put I'm going to put my balls on on the table and stuff and I'm going to show you. Now, I think because I'm a veteran, I've seen all these cycles, now I'm very patient. I'm patiently waiting and I'm watching and I'm watching and I'm looking for weaknesses to go ahead and take advantage. That's really it. Because when I, when I start bull posting, for those who know, those who know, who know. I don't need to explain it any further. But when I start bull posting and start talking about things that I love, it's game over. I haven't done that yet. Y'all seen a little fucking example, but I have not done that yet. I don't even know what's happening in this I really do not know what is happening in the live chat right now. I have absolutely no clue what is happening and who this guy is talking to. I really don't under like what Do you understand when I when I say that it's not Hunter Biden, it's it's some of you that smoke crack? Do you understand why I say that now? Like I I'm reading I I'm reading the chat for some reason. Sometimes I I I I try not to, but I'm reading it and I'm really confused as to who you are talking to. Are you talking to me? Like, can you can you can you say who you're talking to here? Oh, I just want to at the end of the day, I I don't want anybody to be disappointed. That's all I want to say. I've already I'm not even talking about that subject no more because I said what I I I've said what I've said and that's it. Like I'm not going to go on about it every single day, tell you every day, guys, the same thing and be repetitive. Guys, listen to me. Guys, please listen to me. Guys, yo, listen up like no, I'm not doing that no more. Everybody does what they want to do. That that's it. It's your money. I don't Winter, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about, okay? Your essays and your novels don't mean shit to me, respectfully. I don't care. I I haven't I don't even understand what the fuck you're talking about. I can't even answer you. I I really I I'm like I'm puzzled by what's happened. This is what I mean. You have a bunch of people that come in here that they're I don't know why you're participating in crypto. Like I'm I'm trying to figure out why some people participate in crypto. And I and I'm coming to the conclusion that a lot of people were bullied in school and and they're looking to take it out on on the people they come on to social media and then they find crypto so they're like, oh, I'm going to come here and just and just take it out on people in crypto. Like I I feel that that's it. I don't want you guys to be you can be whatever you want to be. I'm delusional, okay? You can do whatever the fuck you want. You want us to be delusional. I don't want you to be anything. What the fuck you you want us to be delusional. I said you have to be delusional in your thinking in these markets if you really believe in something. Yo, you want to be delusional. You're telling us to I'm not telling you shit. I'm not your financial advisor. If you need one, go seek one out. I could care less. I really do care less. Really don't care. I don't care. I don't think you guys heard me enough. I'm going to win this cycle, I'm going to win big. I'm going to win big regardless. I don't I'm going to say this again. I don't have limits on myself. I have no limitations. And that comes, shout out to Thomas Shelby, right? If anybody's ever watched Peaky Blinders, there's a scene there's a scene where Thomas Shelby says, I have no limitations. And and that's how I feel. When when I am, when I come in when when I wake up every day and I and I come on here, whether it's on crypto, whether it's life, whether I'm building, I have no limitations. And that's the way that every single person and I hope the people that watch this show, I hope you take that away from this show is that the you there are no limitations. The only limitations you have are the ones you set on yourself. That's it. When I go I'm telling you, when I go work out, no limitations. I am willing to die on the treadmill. Like for for instance, when I'm running on the treadmill and I know I got to do, let's say, 5, 7 miles, I'm talking about at a high incline, fast pace, and I feel like I'm about to pass, I'm going. My mentality has always been, I'm going to die, I'm going to die in that ring. When I played hockey, it was all about, I'm going to die, I'm going to die trying. That that that's it. There there is nothing. Like it's you and I'm going to make sure And this is where my mentality sometimes rubs people the wrong way. Respect. Like it's a Friday, so let's shoot the shit. And this is the afternoon, 2:00 to 4:00, usually the show's 12:00 to 2:00. I want to tell you guys something. I rub people the wrong way because I am so fucking determined, I am so delusional in my thinking. I have no limitations that it rubs people the wrong way. I am built for success. I am built, I'm a competitor. And I don't stop. It's like take a scene out of the Terminator. Like really, like take a scene out of the Terminator where the Terminator Terminator 1 where he keeps moving after like they they they destroy his legs and he keeps crawling. Like that is me. My mentality is, I ain't stopping. Nobody's going to stop me. There's only one person, there's only one thing that can stop me and that is God. Other than that, I am way too determined to win. Like I already know I've won. How about that? Let me let me let me put this in perspective for you guys. So maybe just maybe you take something out of this conversation. I already won. I've already won this cycle. I'm already on pace to become a multi-billionaire. That's my mindset. I see it. I envision myself doing certain things and being in certain places. I my and there is nothing, not a hater, not a person who dislikes me can do anything about it. My confidence in myself is crazy. In my vocabulary, I don't have in my vocabulary, I don't have I can't, I won't, I thought, I think. No. I will. I am. I I've already done. Like I don't have a loser's mindset. And that rubs people the wrong way. Oh, trust me. You take that as being cocky. That is confidence in me, in myself and my abilities. There are more time, yo, 100%. There are people that are way more talented than me. 100%. You will meet people that are way more talented than me. I've met people that are way more talented than me. Guess what? I am way more driven than your talent. You won't beat me. You just won't beat me. Because I will show up. There have been people who've come into this show and literally said that I am the most consistent thing in crypto because I show up in a bear market and a bull market. When everybody leaves, I'm still here. There are a few other people that do stay here as well with big platforms. I don't leave. I am driven to be great. That's it. And when I say that, it really does rub people the wrong way. What did people call me? The two things that people called me in crypto when I came in. They called me the the bull, the crypto bull, and then they called me for a really long time, the crypto Mumba. Why? Because my mentality, my mentality is, I'm winning. And I've already won. You just haven't seen it yet, but I've already won. When you develop that, and you know what, like some of the top-tier therapists and psychologists will tell you, like when you when you when you sit and and you program your mind to have this type of mindset, there's a weird thing that the universe does to bring you to that. When you think about negative things, you attract negative shit. When you think about and and this is hard, but when you when you're in that positive shit, it takes a little bit longer, but you'll get there. Positive things happen. It's the same thing I gave you yesterday, the analogy, or I've been saying this for a really long time. You surround yourself with millionaires, you become a millionaire, not because they gave you a million dollars, but but because you've surrounded yourself with people that have worked their way and willed their way to become millionaires. You surround yourself with billionaires, you become a billionaire. You know why? Because you listen to billionaires and how and and you learn what it takes to get there because you're surrounded by people that have grinded their way to that to that to that number and to that label. I don't have you guys have all these, you know, I think you know who a you know to me losers are? People losers are the people that say, I have a plan B if plan A doesn't work out. If plan A don't work out, then I got a plan B and a C. You know what? You're a loser. If you talk in plan B's and C's, you're not serious about plan A. You know, you have a plan and a vision to be successful in a certain industry or you want to accomplish something. There's only one plan and that's plan A and you maneuver. You maneuver. So if plan A, if you you hit if you hit a bump in the road, you adjust. You adjust to the environment. You don't change the script. You adjust. You make adjustments. And that separates people who get shit done from people who get nothing accomplished. Your vocabulary is big, your mindset is big. If you're out here blaming people for your own losses, you've been a loser since you were born. I have never let me you want to talk about crypto. I've gone into so many projects where people have told me, oh, this is going to be great. Only to be dunked on. Guess what? You know whose fault that was? Mine. I didn't blame anybody but myself. I pressed the buy button, I pressed the sell button. It is me ultimately who's pressing buttons. Nobody, not a single influencer, not a KOL, nobody should influence you into getting into anything, whether it's crypto, stock market, whatever it is, business. You should be the person that makes the the you look at everything, you research it, and then you make the final decision. You know why? Because it will be your decision to own. So you better make sure that you've done everything possible to own that decision. It is you who owns it. Nobody else but you. That's my mentality. I don't blame others for my losses. When those losses happen, and they're rare, but when those losses happen, guess who takes full accountability? Me. I'm not seeking out somebody to uh, did I seek out Do Kwon to blame him for the absolute collapse of of Terra Luna? No. You know what? I could have pulled out earlier. I didn't. I could have seen the writing on the wall with Terra Luna when he started talking shit to community members pointing out there's a flaw in the ecosystem. Again, comes down to me. And that's it. If you're going to congratulate yourself on the wins, congratulate yourself on the losses. It's that simple. You can't just congratulate yourself on the wins and not congratulate yourself on the losses. You got to take responsibility for both. Period. You're the one. Nobody else. That's why when people like the one thing when people get on KOLs and influencers, I also don't like them, but at the end particularly, I don't like the label in crypto. Let me make that very specific. They might be great people, but the label of KOL, key opinion leaders and and influencers in this space, it kind of like I don't know what like the space has ruined those two words or labels for me personally. But you know what? They can say whatever they want to say, they can hype they can hype up all these projects and narratives, but at the end of the day if if you follow in, it's your fault. It's nobody else's but yours. You got to take responsibility. You have to. We'll be right back after this commercial break. [02:57] [Guest: Midnight] What first got you excited about blockchains? People are greedy when they also try to acquire gold. I'm here providing electricity. And that energy that is necessary. I'm the modern day Tony Stark. Enough of me. Enough of me. Okay, hopefully and today I I'm thinking it's 3:57. I don't know. I might uh try to go get might go try to get that haircut, man, that I've been patiently waiting to go ahead and get. You guys might think, why the fuck is he waiting for a haircut? Well, because you guys already know, I was out with this brutal ear injury. And then they put you on these steroids, not the steroids that you're thinking about, but they put you on these hardcore steroids, man. And and obviously, you can get a fucking reaction from it. And it's just like I got to fucking wait. Fucking sucks. Man, it really sucks. Freak injuries, man. Freak fucking injuries. But it's okay. It's totally fine. Um, it is Friday. 3:58 PM on the East Coast. What is it? Like 12 it's like almost 1:00 now, approaching 1:00 now on the West. Welcome to the West Coast. Um, you can if you've missed the show, you can go ahead and tune in to this show on on X, on TikTok. You can also see it on YouTube, on Kick. You can go to davidgokhshtein.com and also uh rewatch the shows. And also if you're looking to listen to the show and you can't watch it, you can go on to Apple Podcasts, go on to Spotify, Amazon Radio, or Amazon Music, and uh I Heart Radio among others. If you want to go ahead and replay the show and listen to it while you're driving somewhere, maybe this weekend. Um, I'm doing a lot of really cool stuff. Working on a really really a lot of cool stuff. I don't like to announce it unless it's unless it's done. But you guys have seen, I'm sure if you guys have watched, you've seen the growth of um the network, the company, and the show. And we will continue to grow. Uh, and that's that's something that cannot be stopped. And a lot of cool things, like I said, are in the works and I'm excited about it. Especially that we still are not in a in in a bull market. I I I see a lot of people talking about we're in a bull market. We're not. We're not there yet. Uh, we're definitely not there yet. Bullish sentiment? Yes. Bull market? No. When we flip bullish on the charts, then you can go ahead and start clapping and yelling and screaming that we are in a bull market. But take advantage of the pre-market, which is the pre-bull market. Take advantage of it. Position yourself correctly. Because the bull run, I got to say the bull runs they're fast. You sit in a bear market, you feel it. The bull market it feels like it's gone in like in in seconds. Once once we turn bullish, it just feels like you got like a certain amount of time to get shit right and pull out profits respectfully, uh, to win. To win. So, make sure that you got your shit properly lined up in your portfolios. Make sure your ports are not set up for hopes and dreams. I'm not saying everything's going to win, but hopes and dreams. If you if you are hoping that some shitcoin you went into two years ago is going to magically fucking rise, you are basing things on hopes and dreams. If you are the last community member in Telegram, you are in the wrong project. If you are the last person in the Discord, you are in the wrong project. If the dev isn't around, you are in the wrong project. If you and two other people are still around yelling on the timeline about something, you are in the wrong project. So, to recap today, to recap today, you have an entire space, industry and and even industries outside crypto that are excited to enter crypto because you have the SEC and the CFTC given guidelines, better guidelines than the actual Clarity Act bill for people and how people and companies and institutions and retail operate in this ecosystem. And that is a huge win. At least for the next two years for this industry until Congress gets its act together. The Democrats made it worse on themselves and some of the Republicans by not passing the Clarity Act for a discussion. If you wanted to go ahead and handcuff Trump, you just did the opposite. If you wanted because a lot of them like Senator Warren came out there and stated, oh, we want to protect the American people. She said she loves crypto and she's worked on crypto bills, which is I I I almost fell off my chair laughing. But we want to protect the American people. Well, you're not Don't tell me what I can do with my money. You don't tell me what I can do with my money when I go into a casino. You don't tell me what I can do with my money when I enter a liquor store. Don't tell me what I can do in crypto with my own money. If I lose, don't worry about it. I I like I said, I'm taking the loss. Don't tell me what I can do with my money. But all these people, all these people wanted to help the retail buyer, right? Well, you didn't do that. The SEC and the CFTC had to do it for you. So, and it's a it's actually better that they did it. I mean, like it's better that they did it than you. Let's put it that way. Because now people, here's the biggest thing. Before I go, I want y'all to think about this. Now that the SEC and the CFTC put in the rules and now that every institution and big player, money players are going to come in and then retail and normies are going to come in, you're not going to be able to change the market. You're not going to be able to now push the current Clarity Act. I don't think a lot of people have talked about this. You're not going to be able to push the current Clarity Act the way it is because now with these current guidelines that have been put in place by the SEC and the CFTC that are super pro crypto, super pro building, super pro innovator, let's keep shit here in America. Let's build here and make America the crypto capital of the world. Once you have that in place and it's working, you're not going to be able to change that around. Now you're going to have to present a bill.
[Part 4 of 4] [00:00] from Congress that actually aligns with the current guidelines from those two agencies that Congress created. [00:08] That's right. The two agencies that were created by Congress are now giving you the guidelines. [00:18] And that's the bottom line. [00:21] So you're going to have to come out with a bill that matches what they're doing. [00:27] Otherwise, you're going to have every single industry, the ones that even own you, okay, the ones that pay you, that are going to be up your ass, telling you, hey, don't you dare do that. [00:40] Look at what the SEC and the CFTC have done with their guidelines. We want the Clarity Act to be exactly just like that. [00:48] That's it. [00:50] Y'all screwed yourselves. [00:53] Really, if you think about it, y'all screwed yourselves. [00:57] You could have put out the Clarity Act could have passed and you would have, you would have had way more control. [01:07] You were, you got, you actually got all the concessions that you wanted. Democrats and a few Republicans, you got the concessions that you wanted from Trump, from everywhere. [01:19] Now, now you're in a horrible position. [01:28] Think about that and let that marinate. [01:34] Senator Tim Scott knew what he was doing when he said SEC and CFTC, go ahead and provide clarity for the entire industry. [01:44] He knew what he was doing. [01:47] You guys look bad because again, I'm going to say this again, it's not like the concessions weren't made. Trump gave you what you wanted. You rejected it. [02:06] Anyway, it was a pleasure to host this show this week. [02:15] Episode 787. [02:18] Closing in on 800. [02:20] A lot of people want me to get naked on episode 800. I [02:26] I don't, I don't, I, I think people should pay to see to see my thirst traps. Uh, I don't know. Y'all call it thirst traps. I call it working out and being excited to show off what I've done. [02:49] Elizabeth Warren can't backpedal. [02:51] She cannot backpedal from what her and the Democrats have done. They have just, it is crazy. [03:00] To, this is what you call TDS. Okay? [03:05] Your TDS was so hardcore. You hate Trump so bad that you just, you guys again, shot yourselves in the foot. First you did it when you, you allowed the DSA to come into the Democratic Party and you took on the, the communist approach. [03:24] And now you did it again with the Clarity Act. You shot yourselves in the foot. You had it. [03:30] You had everything. [03:32] And you voted no. Congratulations. [03:36] Now, I guarantee you, nobody gives a shit about the Clarity Act for the next two years. You know why? Because they got the SEC and the CFTC working or who have put out the rules of the game for crypto. [03:50] And nobody needs to hear from you. [03:53] Cuz anything that you present now is not as good as what's been put forth by those two agencies. [04:00] That's it. It just, it plain and simple. [04:05] Somebody just said, my thirst traps are free on Instagram. [04:09] We're going, hey, I got to, I got to change that up. Yo, I got to change that up. [04:14] Listen, if crypto don't work out, I'm going on OnlyFans. [04:20] Catch me on OnlyFans. How about that? [04:25] Shout out to the sponsors, Midnight, Polymarket, Cake Wallet, FOMO. [04:30] Um, Polymarket came through in the clutch. I got to tell you, they were right on a lot of stuff. [04:36] Polymarket was right on a lot of stuff, man. They were right on a lot of stuff. [04:43] Let's look at uh, real quick. I want to see [04:50] Look at this, the Clarity Act. Let's bring up the Clarity Act and see what chances the Clarity Act has. I would, I would just tell them, hey, this is at zero at this point. [05:00] The Clarity Act is at 8% chance to pass. You could put that shit down to zero because ain't nobody want it. [05:10] We got the, we got guidelines. We don't, we don't care. [05:15] Elizabeth Warren and her anti, her anti-crypto army, y'all can go ahead and sit there now and play poker with each other because ain't nobody, nobody cares. [05:28] And now y'all got to present, like I said, I'm being repetitive, but you're going to present rules the same way the SEC and the CFTC did. [05:36] Cuz otherwise, even the people that you guys are representing, banks and all, they're not going to fuck with what you're trying to present. Guaranteed. [05:50] Congratulations. [05:53] Man, y'all are dumb. [05:55] Dumb, you had it. [05:57] You had it. [05:59] This is what happens when people become way too greedy. Your obsession with Trump cost you. [06:07] Your, your obsession with Trump. This is, this is what happens. You were obsessed with Trump and this is where it led you to here. Crazy. Anyway, [06:16] Shout out to Polymarket for getting that right. [06:23] And also, before I go, I wanted to say, so Zcash, I've been talking about Zcash for a really long time. I've been talking about Monero for a really long time. Shout out to Vic from Cake Wallet. Obviously, him being out there and being such an advocate for for Monero got me to go into Monero even more. [06:44] Midnight's next. [06:46] Like if you guys are looking at privacy and you're taking, if you're, if you're taking privacy seriously and you can see that privacy protocols are going to be a huge thing moving forward, [07:00] Do not fade Midnight. You cannot fade Charles. Do not fade him. Ethereum, Cardano, Midnight is next and Midnight is perfect. It's the perfect solution for privacy, okay? [07:13] In all actuality, Zcash and like Monero kind of, excuse me, Zcash and Midnight, [07:24] They got some, they share some of the DNA. I'm just saying. [07:30] Except, like Midnight is really, really private. Really private. [07:39] And Midnight is just sitting there. [07:46] God bless, like I'm telling you right now, here, let me show you guys something. [07:51] I'm going to compare something. [08:01] Let's compare something. [08:17] Let's put this up right here. [08:20] Let's do a comparison. [08:22] Midnight versus, and yes, the show is sponsored by Midnight, but I've been, again, I've been talking about Midnight before the sponsorship. So anyway, [08:30] If Midnight, if Midnight were to catch up to the same market cap as, as Zcash, it would be at a dollar fifty. [08:46] Currently, Midnight sits at, Midnight is at two cents right now. [08:54] That means that it would have to do a 62X to match. [09:00] We talk about 100X, 200X, 10,000X. [09:11] So here's the reality check. If you guys have ever, if you guys use Gmarkets.io, you're already ahead of the game. [09:19] At Night's current 24-hour rate of plus 10.61% compounding daily would take 42 days to reach Zcash's market cap. So, if it continues to flow the way it's flowing Midnight, it would take it 42 days to match up with Zcash at its current market cap. [09:47] I'm telling you, there will be people and, and I'm happy that I have this right here, cuz I can go ahead and flip this back and say, you know what? I told you. [10:01] I told you. [10:04] Right now it's ranked 123. It is ranked 123 out of all cryptocurrencies, Midnight is ranked 123. Zcash is ranked number nine. [10:18] Current market cap is 400 million. [10:23] Again, I'm just saying, I said, if this, I, I'm going super conservative. If Midnight goes to 30 cents, to 50 cents, I'm happy. [10:43] I'm telling you, man. [10:45] I'll be back on, I will be back on here to Riverdance on everybody. I, I'm telling you, I'm going to be Riverdancing on everybody. [10:53] Look into Midnight. Don't buy it just because I'm saying something. Nothing that I say on these programs are financial advice. I'm just saying, you should look, you should give it a real look. [11:07] If we're talking about privacy, if we're talking about privacy, I, I don't know what else I can say. [11:19] I really don't. [11:22] I really don't know what I more I can say here. [11:25] I think Night is going to do phenomenal. [11:29] And I, I will be here Riverdancing. No doubt about it. I will be, I'm going to be one of the most cockiest son of a bitches. And I hate doing that, but I'm going to be dancing. [11:41] Like, yo, [11:44] It was, it was right here. [11:47] I told you. It was right here. [11:53] And you missed it. [11:57] And you missed it.
