Mark Walter is entertaining offers to sell at least a portion of Cadillac F1, the racing team he controls. This move comes as Walter divests major sports assets.

Walter agreed to sell the Los Angeles Lakers in a record $12.5 billion deal and completed the sale of his stake in Chelsea. He is also looking to sell the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks.

Walter's company, TWG, recently stated that the F1 team was not for sale. A person familiar with the matter said circumstances can change rapidly as Walter manages his wider portfolio.

Discussions have centered on the potential sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers, another team Walter controls. Walter has publicly stated the Dodgers are not currently on the market. Analysts have speculated whether an open auction could push the Dodgers' valuation past the $12.5 billion paid for the Lakers.
