United Parcel Service reported third-quarter revenue of $22.9 billion, beating consensus estimates of $22.29 billion by $610 million. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.69, above the $1.63 expected.

UPS raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $92.6 billion from a prior forecast of $91.20 billion and consensus of $91.79 billion. For the fourth quarter, the company projects revenue of approximately $25.7 billion.

The beat reflects strategic cost-cutting initiatives expected to generate nearly $3 billion in benefits for full-year 2026. UPS incurred $1.4 billion in implementation costs during 2026, with cumulative program costs of $1.9 billion as of Sept. 30. The company maintained its full-year capital expenditure guidance at $3 billion.

For investors, the math is straightforward: UPS is delivering on operational improvements faster than anticipated, with cost-saving benefits already outpacing the investment required. The raised revenue guidance and demonstrated execution on efficiency programs provide near-term catalysts heading into 2027.
