October, known as "Uptober" for its historical positive returns in crypto markets, has opened with AI-powered chatbots forecasting strong performance for several digital assets. OpenAI's platform highlights Uniswap (UNI) as a potential top performer, pointing to the upcoming CME Group launch of UNI futures on Oct. 19.

CME's UNI futures will expose the token to a broader base of professional traders. Uniswap's protocol already burns UNI using some fees, directly connecting trading activity to token value. Previous news of these futures triggered a double-digit price increase for UNI.

Google's chatbot and OpenAI's platform both selected Solana (SOL) as a leading contender. Google described SOL as "the express high-speed train of crypto," anticipating outperformance against Bitcoin as capital shifts into altcoins. OpenAI cited recent inflows into spot SOL ETFs and the network's expanding financial utility.

The Alpenglow upgrade, scheduled for October, underpins SOL's bullish outlook. The improvement targets a reduction in transaction finality from approximately 12.8 seconds to about 150 milliseconds. SOL trades at $120.99.

OpenAI's platform also named Ondo (ONDO), emphasizing its narrative around tokenized stocks and funds. The chatbot predicted ONDO could experience strong price gains during October, driven by major partnerships and increased adoption.

Ethereum (ETH) emerged as Google's third pick, described as "the foundation for institutional DeFi, layer-2 networks, and tokenized real-world assets." Google's chatbot projects ETH could spike in October, noting that large investors frequently reallocate capital into crypto assets during Q4. ETH trades at $2,697.

This Q4 capital rotation could push ETH past key price levels, potentially forcing short-sellers to cover their positions. Market projections indicate targets near $3,400 to $3,600 if strong institutional ETF buying materializes.

Perplexity, an AI-powered search engine, listed Ripple (XRP) as a top candidate for October, praising its September performance and suggesting it built momentum for a larger rally. XRP trades at $1.50.

Spot XRP ETFs have attracted over $1.7 billion in net inflows since launch, demonstrating sustained institutional interest in the cross-border token.

Perplexity also included Quant (QNT) and Zcash (ZEC) among its top three predictions. Google's chatbot additionally highlighted Sui (SUI), noting its strong relative strength heading into Q4.

Bitcoin currently trades at $85,600. The Crypto Fear & Greed Index sits at 73, indicating greed sentiment across the market.
