The Green Bay Packers defeated the Denver Broncos 33-13 in preseason action on Friday, Aug. 21, marking their second of three preseason contests.

Green Bay will conclude its preseason schedule on Friday, Aug. 28, by hosting the Arizona Cardinals at 7 p.m. CT. This will be the first preseason game between the Packers and Cardinals since 2013. A scheduled preseason contest in 2020 was canceled due to COVID-19. The upcoming game will also be the first time these two teams have faced each other in a preseason finale since 1983, when the Packers won 39-27 in St. Louis.

The Packers opened their preseason on Thursday, Aug. 13, with a road game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. This marked the first preseason meeting between the two clubs since 2018, when Green Bay won 51-34 at home. It was the first time the Packers played a preseason game in Pittsburgh since 2015 and the first time they opened the preseason there since 2007.

Two of the three opponents on the Packers' preseason schedule made the playoffs last season. All three preseason games are scheduled to kick off at 6 p.m. CT or later, a first for the team since 2022.

Packers preseason games are broadcast across a 17-station network. TODAY'S TMJ4 in Milwaukee and NBC 26 in Green Bay serve as flagship stations.
