A gaming-media company is planning a strategic shift to become a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury platform under the new name Superplanet.

The company projects closing the transition in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approvals and operational changes required for listing on a major U.S. exchange.

The move aligns with a growing trend of publicly traded companies holding Bitcoin as a primary reserve asset. MicroStrategy has pioneered this model among larger corporations.

Nasdaq listing requires adherence to Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting and governance standards. Listing would signal the company's intent to attract institutional capital.

The rebranding reflects a departure from traditional gaming and media operations into corporate Bitcoin accumulation.
