Strive Holdings acquired 4,045 Bitcoin last week for approximately $335 million, pushing its total corporate reserves to 36,818 BTC, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday. The company is now the fourth-largest publicly traded Bitcoin holder, surpassing MARA Holdings.

Strive secured the Bitcoin between Oct. 12 and Oct. 16 at an average price of $82,803 per coin, inclusive of fees and expenses. At current valuations, the company's total Bitcoin reserves are worth approximately $3 billion based on BitcoinTreasuries.net data.

The timing is notable: MARA Holdings has recently reduced exposure, with Arkham on-chain tracking showing the miner depositing roughly $82 million worth of cryptocurrency to Binance and Gate.io in recent days.

This acquisition follows Strive's purchase of 3,311 Bitcoin the previous week—an 11.2 percent increase in holdings. The company funded the latest buy partly through warrant exercises that generated approximately $369 million in proceeds on Oct. 12 and Oct. 13. Those exercises resulted in the issuance of 13.7 million common shares, a 12.4 percent increase in share count that closely matched the 12.3 percent jump in Bitcoin holdings, keeping the bitcoin-per-share ratio stable.

Strive also launched SATS, a new preferred stock issue, with pricing at $630 million. The SATS preferred shares carry a fixed 15 percent annual dividend payable daily beginning Nov. 9, subject to board approval. Proceeds from the offering are earmarked for additional Bitcoin purchases.

Strive shares (ASST) rose 7.7 percent to $25.95 in late-morning trading Monday.
