Strive Inc. the Bitcoin treasury company co-founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, purchased 1,107 Bitcoin between Sept. 21 and Sept. 25 at an average price of approximately $85,396 per coin, including fees and expenses. The acquisition brings the firm's total corporate treasury to 27,462 BTC as of Sept. 28, 2026.

The Dallas-based company disclosed the purchase in a Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 28. Ramaswamy, an entrepreneur and political figure, has long championed Bitcoin, accepting campaign donations in the cryptocurrency during his 2024 presidential run.

Strive CEO Matt Cole said warrant exercises generated $12.4 million in proceeds during the period. He noted that 85 percent of the total capital raised came from SATA, Strive's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. The company's capital structure relies on preferred equity rather than traditional bank debt.

Strive's cash and cash equivalents increased by $19.2 million, rising from $229.6 million on Sept. 18 to $248.8 million on Sept. 25, even after the capital outlay for the Bitcoin purchase. SATA shares outstanding increased by 1,009,020 shares, rising from 11,184,160 to 12,193,180. Class A common shares outstanding grew by 649,072 to 88,453,685.

The company carries no traditional debt against its Bitcoin holdings. Recent purchases of 1,800 BTC in late August and 1,375 BTC on Sept. 8 were also funded primarily through SATA issuance.
