MansaFi, identified by its $MANSA token, introduced a financial layer for human users and AI agents. The system integrates private payments, agent accounts, on-chain spending policies and x402 payments.

The protocol uses encrypted amounts and zero-knowledge proofs for confidential transfers, with settlement on Robinhood Chain. AI agents receive dedicated accounts that manage budgets and execute payments autonomously, with spending limits enforced at the protocol level.

Existing KYC and AML frameworks are built around human account holders, not software agents. Chandler Fung, co-founder of t54 Labs, said the financial ecosystem was designed for humans, presenting challenges when integrating autonomous AI agents into financial workflows.

Verifiable agentic finance must balance transparency with confidentiality. Public blockchains offer payment visibility, but financial institutions cannot disclose all client information, trading logic or model outputs.
