Ken Paxton, the Republican candidate, served as Texas Attorney General before facing impeachment by the state House in 2023. He was acquitted by the state Senate.
Alex Pfeiffer, a MAGA Inc. official, said the super PAC "is going to ensure Texas knows about Talarico's radical policies and elects Ken Paxton to the U.S. Senate."
The infusion underscores Trump's focus on Senate races where Republicans see pickup or hold opportunities. The chamber is closely divided, making every open seat a national battleground. A Talarico victory would mark a rare Democratic gain in a state that has voted Republican statewide for decades. A Paxton win prevents that flip and solidifies the GOP's Senate strength.
