Uniswap's v4 and v3 protocols processed $325.2 million in tokenized equities trading volume last week. V4 accounted for $170 million, while v3 contributed $155.2 million.
Tokenized stocks have grown from 0.1 percent of total DEX spot trading volume one year ago to over 4 percent year-to-date. Quarterly volumes across DEX platforms reached $7.8 billion in Q3 2026, with Uniswap v4 and PancakeSwap v3 collectively comprising roughly $5.2 billion. Daily trading volumes for tokenized stocks peaked above $565 million in late June 2026.
Uniswap's v4 architecture introduced permissioned pools and customizable operational modes, allowing issuers and liquidity providers to establish access rules for verified participants only. This infrastructure directly supports regulated assets.
Robinhood Chain, which launched in July 2026, has emerged as the primary venue for this activity. Uniswap secured approximately 73 percent of all tokenized stock pools on the chain. Cumulative tokenized stock volume on Robinhood Chain surpassed $1 billion by mid-August 2026, with a 90-day volume of $638.5 million.
Traders on Robinhood Chain can access tokenized shares of NVIDIA, Tesla and Apple, along with major exchange-traded funds. Unlike traditional markets, these assets trade without hour restrictions.
Uniswap's 73 percent pool share on Robinhood Chain reflects v4's permissioned pool adoption and the protocol's liquidity depth. The combination of architectural features and infrastructure support positions Uniswap as the dominant venue for on-chain equities settlement.
