New Era unveiled eight hats designed by children receiving treatment at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo. The collection is part of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen's Billustration initiative, now in its second year.

Each purchase benefits the Patricia Allen Fund at Golisano Children's Hospital. The first Billustration campaign raised $140,230 for the hospital in 2025.

"I am incredibly proud of everything last season's Billustration campaign with New Era achieved," Allen said in a statement. "I was eager to bring it back for the 2026 season in response to the demand from fans to get their hands on these special caps."

The eight hats are available on New Era's website, at New Era retail stores and at the Bills merchandise store inside Highmark Stadium.

Allen will wear a different hat during his tunnel walk before each of the Bills' eight home games in the 2026 regular season. Each hat features Allen's drawing of a Bills logo on the front with varying colors and designs on the side panels.

The first hat debuts Sept. 17 when Buffalo hosts the Detroit Lions for its home opener at Highmark Stadium.
