Crusoe, a data center develo completed a $3.9 billion funding round at a post-money valuation of $30.9 billion, according to the company. Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners co-led the round, with participation from Mubadala Capital, the asset management arm of Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund.
The capital raise values Crusoe at roughly triple its valuation from 10 months prior, when the company raised $1.38 billion at a $10 billion post-money valuation in October 2025.
Crusoe's customer roster includes Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Oracle. The company recently landed a $13 billion, five-year contract with quantitative trading firm Jane Street to supply GPUs and AI infrastructure.
Founded in 2018 as a crypto mining operation powered by flared natural gas, Crusoe has pivoted to hyperscale data center development for large enterprise clients. The company is emphasizing factory-built modular data centers as a method to rapidly deploy AI computing capacity.
Crusoe held discussions last month with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley regarding a potential near-term initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.
