VanEck is hiring three crypto-focused roles to expand its digital asset capabilities, posting openings in product strategy, partnerships, and product management.

The expansion reflects institutional money's sustained appetite for crypto infrastructure. VanEck has built active and ETF strategies around digital assets and is now adding a Digital Assets Fund Administration Manager to handle operational complexity across spot, derivative, and fund structures.

The crypto job market is accelerating. September 2026 saw 174 new crypto and blockchain positions posted, with an additional 193 remote Web3 roles — most entry-level across community, marketing, and analytics. Senior engineering and compliance roles demand three or more years of direct crypto experience, a floor that reflects the sector's technical depth.

Operations roles in digital assets require fluency across multiple asset classes and instruments: equities, fixed income, spots, forwards, options, futures, swaps, and cryptocurrencies. Candidates must also understand mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, and separately managed accounts—the full stack of structures that institutional crypto strategies now deploy.
