Florida Athletics announced a multi-year partnership with Ripple on Friday, Sept. 4, 2026, placing the XRP logo prominently at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium beginning with the 2026 football season.

Beyond the stadium field, the XRP logo will appear on the university's digital properties and event signage across the athletic program.

The partnership includes Ripple's commitment to fund financial and technology education programs targeting Florida student-athletes and the broader campus community, covering traditional finance and digital assets.

University of Florida Director of Athletics Scott Stricklin said the collaboration advances the institution's history of embracing innovation. "This partnership unites two organizations with bold visions for the future and introduces XRP to one of college athletics' most passionate fan bases," Stricklin said.

Florida Athletics oversees 21 teams supporting more than 500 student-athletes. The university has finished in the top 10 nationally in all-sports rankings for 42 consecutive years and holds 49 national championships across 16 sports. The University Athletic Association commits nearly $17 million annually to student-athlete scholarships. In spring 2026, student-athletes achieved a 93 percent graduation success rate and a 3.42 GPA.
