BitFuFu Inc. now holds 1,373 BTC in its treasury after a 55.4 percent production jump in August, according to unaudited operational metrics released by the NASDAQ-listed miner (ticker: FUFU).

The company mined 174 BTC in August—88 from self-mining operations and 86 from its cloud mining services. That translates to a daily production rate of 5.6 BTC, up from 3.6 BTC in July. The surge followed deployment of additional hashrate capacity, pushing BitFuFu's total hashrate under management past 20 EH/s.

Fleet efficiency improved to 16.7 J/TH, positioning BitFuFu among the most efficient Bitcoin mining operators.

Chairman and CEO Leo Lu said the August numbers reflect "the strength of the operating platform" developed in recent months. The expanded hashrate drove a "substantial recovery" in Bitcoin production and a "strong rebound" in the cloud mining sector, he said.

Lu cited "a more constructive Bitcoin market environment and a significantly expanded operating base" as catalysts for capturing near-term opportunities. The company is focused on scaling the platform, maintaining operational efficiency, and disciplined capital allocation.

BitFuFu's treasury accumulation strategy—holding a portion of mined Bitcoin rather than liquidating—aligns with other public mining firms building balance sheet strength in the current market environment.
