ZachXBT, the pseudonymous blockchain investigator, is launching a website that will automatically decline scam victim cases from seven jurisdictions he deems sources of low-quality reports.

The investigator, also known as Zachary Wolk, announced the move via Telegram on Saturday, naming Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria and Bangladesh as regions where he will restrict access to his services.

ZachXBT cited persistent issues with the quality of support requests and case documentation from these areas. His approach redirects resources to what he calls "high quality" jurisdictions.

The announcement drew 1,178 thumbs-down reactions on Telegram. Wolk alleged that individuals from one of the named countries used bots to artificially inflate negative responses to his message.

Wolk has worked as an on-chain analyst and open-source intelligence researcher since 2021, building a reputation for forensic investigations into cryptocurrency fraud and theft.
