NEW YORK — Super Micro Computer shares rallied more than 8 percent after the company issued strong guidance for its fiscal first quarter. The data center infrastructure provider projects adjusted earnings between $1.01 and $1.10 per share, well above the LSEG consensus estimate of 76 cents.
The company also expects first-quarter revenue in the range of $14.5 billion to $15.5 billion, surpassing the $11.68 billion consensus. Super Micro also reported it exceeded fourth-quarter estimates.
CoreWeave shares gained 14 percent after its second-quarter report. The AI cloud company posted an adjusted operating income margin of 5 percent, ahead of the StreetAccount consensus estimate of 2.7 percent. Revenue reached $2.58 billion, a 112 percent increase from a year earlier and above the $2.56 billion LSEG estimate.
H&R Block shares surged 15 percent after the company provided an upbeat forecast for fiscal year 2027. The tax preparation firm projects adjusted earnings of $6.04 to $6.24 per share, above the LSEG consensus of $5.86. The company also forecasts revenue of $4.11 billion to $4.16 billion, ahead of the $4.05 billion estimate.
Cava Group shares jumped nearly 7 percent after the Mediterranean fast-casual chain reported second-quarter earnings of 19 cents per share, topping the LSEG consensus of 18 cents. Revenue reached $368.4 million, above the $361 million estimate.
Lumentum Holdings shares finished marginally lower despite fourth-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue that beat expectations. The optical and photonic products maker has fallen more than 22 percent over the past three months, even as shares remain up more than 120 percent year to date.
