SAN FRANCISCO — Munich-based NavVis has closed an $85 million Series D funding round led by The Jordan Company, bringing total funding to $181.8 million.
The round also drew participation from Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING and Cipio Partners.
NavVis builds spatial data platforms that generate photorealistic digital twins of industrial assets, construction sites and other physical environments. The company uses reality capture technology to produce precise virtual representations of real-world facilities, which enterprise clients use for operational planning and asset management.
NavVis digitally mapped more than one billion square meters in 2025 alone. The company's core business model centers on providing foundational spatial data for physical AI applications.
The Series D proceeds will fund NavVis's AI roadmap and expand its spatial data platform. The company had previously raised $96.8 million across five funding rounds.
