The Beverly Hills mansion Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum rented from early 2023 is back on the leasing market at $169,000 a month, up from the $160,000 monthly rate they paid. The property is a seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate spanning more than 14,000 square feet inside North Beverly Park, a gated community in Beverly Hills. Ownership is held by an investment company tied to Russian expat Leonid Smirnov.
Hilton and Reum, both 45, vacated the property in June 2025 after purchasing an adjacent estate for $63.1 million. That neighboring property had previously been owned by actor Mark Wahlberg. Smirnov's investment vehicle returned the mansion to the rental market.
The listing is held jointly by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty and Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers Team. Mills said the property has been kept in immaculate condition and that the community's infrastructure is a key draw for high-net-worth tenants. "North Beverly Park, with 24-hour armed gate security and continuous private patrols, is known for its exceptional security and discretion, qualities that have long made the community highly desirable among celebrities and high net worth individuals," Mills said. "It represents the pinnacle of luxury living, privacy, and security."
The home was designed by architect Richard Landry, who specializes in large-scale luxury properties and applied feng shui principles to the layout. The structure includes an elevator, smart home technology and 300 feet of frontage. An elegant foyer with a sweeping staircase and tile floors greets guests at the entrance.
The main living area features dual seating sections divided by a fireplace and piano, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing manicured grounds. Multiple dining areas are fitted with fireplaces and large windows. The chef's kitchen centers on a granite island with extensive counter space and high-end appliances.
The primary bedroom has room for a king-sized bed, two separate seating areas and a fireplace. The primary bathroom features all-green marble flooring and a matching vanity, a large soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. The home also includes a large dedicated office and two walk-in closets.
Hilton's move to the Beverly Park area followed the January 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, which destroyed her Malibu home. She had purchased that Malibu property in 2021 for $8.4 million. After the fire, she and Reum rented the Smirnov-linked Beverly Park mansion before committing to buy the adjacent Wahlberg estate outright.
The $63.1 million purchase came with additional financing. More than a month after closing, Hilton took out loans against the new property that left her carrying monthly payments exceeding $280,000, according to public records tied to the transaction.
At $169,000 a month, the relisted estate would generate roughly $2 million in annual rental income for Smirnov's investment company if fully leased. The asking rate is nine thousand dollars per month higher than the rate Hilton paid, a 5.6 percent increase over her tenancy. North Beverly Park's combination of private armed patrols and gated access has sustained demand from tenants willing to pay top-of-market rates for security and separation from public access.
